Hey, I’m Courtnie and I have a room available for rent starting August 1. I live in a two bedroom apartment in Kingwood. We would share a bathroom. Rent is $500 a month not including electric or WiFi. Electric we would split the cost. Usually not more than $50 each a month and that’s a lot. You’d have to get your own WiFi as well. I use a hotspot for my WiFi and keep it off when not home. This is a 420 friendly apartment. Love to cook, travel, dance, read.
